ABOUT

Stop The Bleeding! (STB!) is a comedic mockumentary following a ragtag group of bleeding disorders advocates working to serve their community. Created in 2012 by actor/director and person with hemophilia Patrick James Lynch, the mission of Stop The Bleeding! is to use comedy and entertainment to raise awareness and educate about hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Through the shows characters and conflicts, the show explores urgent and critical issues faced by patients, families, and clinicians.

ORIGINS

STB! is made possible by Takeda and was inspired by Patrick's late brother, Adam Lynch, who died from hemophilia-related bleeding at age 18. Click the Buzzfeed video here to learn more about Patrick’s journey to positively impact young people with bleeding disorders in his brother’s memory.

THE HTC SERIES

When we realized that many community members - especially newly diagnosed young people and young families - were unfamiliar with the extraordinary impact that a Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) could have in their lives, we set out to make a series of videos introducing people to the most common and critical features of their local HTC.
